What are Sheeple clothes made from?
Our garments start life as Stanley/Stella blanks made from 100% organic cotton.
The cotton is grown without pesticides, harmful chemicals or GMOs. It’s certified by GOTS, which basically means someone sensible has checked the environmental impact and the working conditions all the way along the supply chain, so you don’t have to.
The fabrics also hold certifications like OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GRS, confirming fewer chemicals, less water and a general absence of the usual chaos.
Production happens in audited, transparent factories in Bangladesh, with oversight from the Fair Wear Foundation to ensure fair labour conditions.
In short: responsibly made clothes, without the bullshit.
How long do orders take to process?
All Sheeple products are printed on demand.
Production usually takes 3–5 working days before your order is shipped.
If anything is out of stock, we’ll contact you and let you choose how to proceed.
Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order enters production, we’re unable to change or cancel it.
This usually happens quickly, so please review your order carefully before checking out.
Why aren’t my items identical to the images on the website?
Product images on the site are digital renders used to show the general look and feel. Real garments may differ slightly due to fabric texture, printing processes and screen settings.

Do you restock items?
Yes, but availability depends on our suppliers. If something disappears, it’s usually temporary.
How long does shipping take?
Once produced, estimated delivery times are:
UK
- Royal Mail / Evri 24: 1–3 working days
- Royal Mail / Evri 48: 2–5 working days
- Courier: Next working day
Europe
- Royal Mail: 3–5 working days
- Courier: varies by country
Rest of World
- Royal Mail: 7–10 working days
- USPS (USA): 3–5 working days
- Courier: 5–7 working days
Please note that delivery times can extend during busy periods or due to customs delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - Sheeple ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.
How do I track my order?
If you selected a tracked service at checkout, your dispatch confirmation email will include your tracking details.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
First, please check:
- the delivery address you provided
- tracking updates
- your local sorting office
- neighbours or safe places
If it’s still missing, please allow:
- 10 working days after dispatch (UK)
- 28–30 days after dispatch (International)
Then fill out our contact form along with your order number.
Missing orders must be reported within 45 days of dispatch.
Do you accept returns?
Because everything is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong size
- ordering the wrong colour or design
We only replace or refund items that:
- arrive damaged
- have a printing or production fault
- are incorrect
How do I report a faulty or incorrect item?
Email hellosheeplepeeple@gmail.com within 21 days of dispatch with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the problem
Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We don’t offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.
Are Sheeple orders eligible for the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period?
No.
All items are made-to-order, which means the cooling-off period does not apply.
Your rights for faulty or incorrect products still apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout.
Do you charge VAT?
Our product prices include any VAT where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Can I contact you about my order?

We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.

What happens if I ask a question that isn’t listed here?
It will be collected by the Department of Self Containment, categorised as Unstructured Curiosity, and stored in a beige filing cabinet that hums softly during lunar cycles. From there, it may be answered, ignored, or dissolved into the broader atmosphere of indifference.
If you require closure, feel free to email us. We respect your needs, even the inexplicable ones.
Where do my unanswered questions go?
They are rerouted to the Peripheral Thought Processing Unit, where they circle slowly until they lose momentum. After a while, they settle into a neutral state and are absorbed back into the collective quiet.
If your question refuses to dissolve and returns to you repeatedly, you can email us.
We will respond. Possibly. At least... we will in at least one of the universes you exist within.
Is there anything else I should know?
Only that everything is fine and your order is currently being observed by a small but dedicated panel of unseen administrators who may or may not exist. If they reach consensus, your parcel will move unseen through the system. If they do not, it will still probably arrive. Eventually.
