Processing Time

All Sheeple products are printed on demand. This means each item is produced only after an order is placed.

Production time: 2–5 working days to print and prepare your order

If any item is out of stock, we will contact you with an update and ask how you’d like to proceed.

Please note:
Your delivery time is production time + shipping time.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through a range of carriers depending on size, quantity and destination, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • DPD

  • USPS (for US orders)

  • DHL

Packaging varies by product but is eco-friendly where possible. Most parcels ship plastic-free.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail / Evri 24: 1–3 working days

  • Royal Mail / Evri 48: 2–5 working days

  • Courier: Next working day

Europe

  • Royal Mail: 3–5 working days

  • Courier: varies by destination

Rest of World

  • Royal Mail: 7–10 working days

  • USPS (USA): 3–5 working days

  • Courier: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may extend during busy periods or due to external factors such as customs delays.


International Orders

We ship worldwide.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. These are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the recipient.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details (if you selected a tracked service at checkout).

Tracking availability:

  • UK Recorded services: tracking on collection and delivery

  • UK Courier: full tracking

  • International Recorded & Courier: full tracking

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow:

  • 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders

  • 28–30 days after dispatch for international orders

Before contacting us, please check:

  • the shipping address provided

  • tracking updates

  • local sorting office

  • neighbours or safe delivery locations

If your order is still missing after these timeframes, contact us with your order number and tracking code.

We can offer a replacement or refund for missing parcels within 45 days of dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund items that:

  • arrive damaged

  • have a printing or production fault

  • are incorrect

Please contact us within 21 days of dispatch with a photo and description of the issue.

If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure, redelivery costs will apply.
