Refund policy

Because all Sheeple products are printed on demand, we can only accept returns where there is a problem with the item (for example, a fault, damage, or an incorrect item sent). We cannot accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or ordering the wrong design.

If there is an issue with your order, you have 21 days from the dispatch date to let us know.

To request a return or refund, please email us at hellosheeplepeeple@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. If a return is needed, we will confirm the return address and provide instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

  • there is a printing or quality issue

This allows us to review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 21 days of dispatch. After this time, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.


Exceptions and non-returnable items

As all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong size

  • ordering the wrong colour or design

  • general wear and tear

Please refer to our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.

If there was a fault with your original item, we will replace or refund it in line with this policy.


European Union cooling-off period

Under EU and UK consumer law, many products bought online are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel for any reason.

However, this cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are:

  • made to order, or

  • clearly personalised

Our products are printed on demand specifically for you once an order is placed. This means they are classed as made-to-order items and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under the 14-day cooling-off rules.

Your rights to a refund or replacement for faulty, damaged or incorrect items still apply and are covered by this policy.


Missing or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived:

  • please first refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery time estimates

  • check tracking information (if available)

  • confirm the delivery address is correct

  • check with neighbours and your local delivery office

If your order still has not arrived after:

  • 10 working days from dispatch for UK orders, or

  • 28–30 days from dispatch for international orders

Missing orders must be reported within 45 days of dispatch. After this time, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return request (and any returned item if applicable), we’ll let you know if a refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to show the refund in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at hellosheeplepeeple@gmail.com.


Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
